XM has been recognised at the Capital Finance International (CFI) awards for the third time this year, winning the much sought-after Best Customer Support title.
The awards panel reviews the nominations and votes of its readers throughout the year to identify and reward excellence. The decision to award us for our customer support is based on following XM for many years and in particular our efforts to train and educate our customers, the consistently positive user reviews we receive, and high client retention figures.
Awards have come in threes for us - earlier this year, we won the Most Reliable and Most Transparent Broker titles at the CFI awards for the third year in a row.
CFI.co is a London based online publication, focusing on financial and business news. Every year, CFI awards are held to reward trading industry excellence and inspire others to improve their own performance.
This has been an excellent year for XM. Our hard work supporting our clients has been rewarded at a number of major awards this year - we’ve been recognised at the Financial Expo Egypt, COLWMA, and Online Money Awards. And the World Finance Magazine has just named us the Best FX Broker in Europe, Australasia, Latin America, and Middle East!
