Everyone can become a leader - with the right motivation.
That’s why, in June 2025, XM collaborated with Business Administration Club - BAC FTU2 through its X-Leader program to support the education of students from Vietnam, regardless of background.
Five scholarships were given to students with astounding performances, getting their efforts recognised, and 8 underprivileged students received brand-new laptops to study with. They now have all the required resources to pursue a leadership career.
The X-Leader 2025 is an annual academic competition, aiming to create a professional environment for students to develop invaluable skills. Their mission is to prepare the students for leadership careers.
