In December 2021, XM joined the Bendera Putih (White Flag) campaign launched across Malaysia to provide relief to those in desperate need for food and necessities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
After donating as many as 300 take-out food boxes to support the Bendera Putih initiative in July 2021, XM also joined forces with De.Wan restaurant in December and prepared 250 take-out meal boxes on the premises for individuals who can't afford basic daily provisions.
Thanks to XM's cooperation with the De.Wan staff, the much-needed bento food boxes were distributed to the BRDB-Rotary Children's Residence, the Rumah Keluarga Kami residential home for underprivileged children, the Sincere Care Home for the elderly, and Joy Garden Old Folks Home.
We sincerely hope that our joints efforts with the White Flag campaign will continue in future to alleviate the circumstances of individuals and families drastically exposed to the aftermath of the pandemic.
