XM recently donated to the UN refugee charity, UNHCR, in support of their efforts to help refugees fleeing Ukraine to escape the conflict.
It is estimated that around 500,000 refugees have already left Ukraine for neighbouring countries. The UNHCR anticipates that number soaring to over 4 million as the situation on the ground deteriorates.
The UNHCR provides shelter, and basic relief to families in need. It also offers financial assistance to those most in need and strives to achieve durable solutions to their refugee status. It also offers support to victims of internal displacement, through the Protection Cluster program.
XM continually offers support to critical services like the UNHCR in Ukraine as part of its range of social responsibility initiatives.
