We are proud to announce that on Monday, the 8th of March 2021, Cyprus HR Awards 2020 presented us with the Silver Award in the category Covid-19 HR Action Plan -- Business as Usual, in an Unusual 2020 in recognition of our innovative HR practices during the pandemic.
Since March 2020, we have successfully orchestrated a rapid and aligned response across all our departments and teams in all cities and countries that we operate to ensure the safety of our people and the successful continuation of our business operations. For more than 1 year now, XM's people have been safely working from home while driving and enjoying the success and growth of our Group.
We have successfully adjusted our HR practices to support working from home. We approached the new circumstances as an exciting new project and successfully put into practice our Covid-19 HR action plan which included the following steps:
The Cyprus HR Awards 2020 were organized by BOUSSIAS Cyprus to raise awareness about all innovative actions and practices applied by Cypriot organizations to face the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
