After you log in to the Member area, click the 'Withdraw Funds' and choose the way you want to be withdrawal. However you cannot specify the card you wish to be withdrawal when you ask for your funds.

How long does it take to receive the withdrawal funds.
XM will complete the withdrawal procedure within 24 hours after your request. The time required until you receive the funds will be dependent of the ways. It willl be; 1 week to 1 month by the credit card/debit card, 2 to 5 working days by bank transfer after the XM's withdrawal procedure.

My credit card has already been debited, how do you deal with the withdrawal in this case?
Your withdrawal claim by credit card/debit card will be dealt as cancellation of your deposit by cards. If we have debited your card account in the bank, it will be dealt as we offset the amount you owe us or we pay the amount to your bank account.

Even if the credit card/debit card you use for the deposit expires, cancelled or lost, XM withdrawal your funds to the same card account you use for deposit. XM uses the information registered with the card issuer.
