At XM, we believe meaningful change starts with listening to communities and responding with care.
In November 2025, we partnered with the We Listen Malaysia Organization, to support a local charity initiative at the National Skills Development Centre (PPKKS) in Serendah, Selangor.
Our collaboration was designed to uplift the local community with a newly opened barbershop facility, created to serve the community long-term.
The opening ceremony was held in a welcoming environment, where we offered shared meals and refreshments, personalised goodie bags for attendees, and provided a Smart TV.
We Listen Malaysia is a dedicated NGO that supports underprivileged communities across Malaysia through essential aid, emergency assistance, and volunteer-led initiatives.
Our team is proud to support their mission of uplifting communities. Together, we promote solidarity through acts of support that matter.
