In a touching collaboration, organized by our headquarters in Cyprus, we recently joined forces with the We Listen Malaysia Organization in Selangor, with the sole purpose of assisting the Cahaya Kasih Bestari Care Centre orphanage in its noble caring cause.
From rice, to oyster sauce, to chicken, to soaps, to diapers to learning sets, and to ventilation fans as well as washing machines, the items we donated will surely assist in providing a proper welfare to the younglings.
Members of our team from Cyprus and Greece took a trip to Malaysia and were right there to distribute the items to the children and were overjoyed at their wholesome reactions. They also had the opportunity to do some fun activities with them – Something that we are sure everyone will remember forever.
Our initiative would not have been possible without the assistance of the We Listen Malaysia Organization, an NGO which exists to ensure welfare and provide aid to less fortunate people. Their dedication proves to us that wonderful people and initiatives can really change the world.
This charity event falls within our #WeListenCare program, which aims to support the management of orphanage centers by easing their burden on managing the affairs of the children. An effort, that proved successful in the Cahaya Kasih Bestari Care Centre, adding up another milestone to our dream of changing the lives of more children to the better, and helping orphanages around the globe, similarly.
We could not have been happier and prouder for this charity. Not only are children going to sleep with a smile upon their faces, but by being the final charity we do in 2023, we enter 2024 knowing that we stay true to our goals, and to ourselves. We are human. We are XM.
The event which took place on November 27, 2023 at the Cahaya Kasih Bestari Care Centre orphanage is the fourth charity event organized in Malaysia this year by XM and it's part of our continuous effort to give back to communities around the world.
