XM Awarded IIP Platinum Accreditation'23

We're thrilled to announce that XM has been awarded platinum accreditation for the Investors in People Standard (IIP), the international standard for people management. We have also been shortlisted for Top 20 Overseas Employer of the Year Platinum organisations in the Investors in People Awards 2023.
The IIP accreditation benchmarks against the best in the business on an international scale and awards only those businesses that demonstrate a commitment to high performance through exceptional people management.
The Platinum accreditation is the highest accolade that can be achieved by the Investors in People Standard and is currently held by only 1% of IIP accredited organisations.
The great news is that comparing results for companies across all sectors internationally, XM ranks in 6th place and in 1st place across companies in the FinTech activities internationally.
Achieving this recognition requires passing a rigorous process that assesses the organisation's ability to lead, inspire, empower, and engage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.
It is a remarkable honour to have been awarded the Platinum accreditation, and a testament to the people who work at XM whose clear commitment to success underpins this award.
