It is an unfortunate fact that the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the economy of the world to the point where the poor and less fortunate are the most vulnerable of all societal groups.
Without the means to protect or sustain themselves and their families, especially when unemployed because of the pandemic, impoverished and less-fortunate communities all over the world strive to make ends meet and their survival is at stake.
As part of our corporate social responsibility policies and initiatives, as well as our sense of duty to help people and communities in dire need of immediate support and relief, we have donated to Aksi Cepat Tanggaps (ACT) charity project #BersamaLawanCorona (Fight Corona Together) on 5th October 2020.
#BersamaLawanCorona is a joint fundraising project with Indonesia Dermawan that provides food and sanitation packages to help the community in Indonesia during the pandemic.
At XM, fairness and humane conduct are two of our core principles and values. We will always remain committed to helping as many of the less fortunate around the world, as much as we possibly can, so they can have an equal footing when it comes to everyday survival for them and their families.
