It is with great pride to announce that this March, Investors in People awarded XM with the coveted Gold accreditation for its highest standards of human capital management.
Up to now, XM is the first and only forex broker to have achieved the Gold level acknowledgment for adhering with the Investors in People Standard. Having been recognized by Investors in People as early as 2013 and distinguished with the Silver accreditation in 2016, this year's Gold accreditation is true testimony to the exemplary achievement of XM in terms of managing, utilizing and incentivizing its human resources in order to serve clients with excellence.
